How it works:

Commit £1,000 over 12 months (around £100/month), which goes toward your community investment share.

A one-off £200 admin fee covers your setup, consultation, and onboarding — spread across the same 12 months.

Miss a payment? No penalty — it simply rolls forward.

Once your £1,000 is fully paid, you start sharing in returns from our property and business investments — capped and performance-linked, never promised, because we'll always be honest with you about risk.
